1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are processed within 2 to 6 hours. 4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bej177 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled in accordance with bej177's standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by bej177

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). bej177 will contact dormant account holders via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable dormancy fee schedule will be communicated at the time of the dormancy notice. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
